Fresh ginger, garlic, cilantro and lime juice flavor this tropical salsa made with mango and carrot. Serve as an appetizer.

Mango Carrot Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 unripe medium mango, peeled and grated or finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  •  WHEAT THINS Big Snacks

Instructions

  • Mix  mango, carrot, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar, cilantro and juice in small bowl. Cover.
  • Refrigerate  at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

SubstituteSubstitute parsley for cilantro.
