
Loaded Potato Nugget "Nacho" Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen bite-size seasoned potato nuggets
- ½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- ½ cup rinsed canned black beans
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ avocado, chopped
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- WHEAT THINS Big Snacks
Preparation
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Place potato nuggets in single layer in large cast-iron skillet.
- Bake 20 min. or until crisp and golden brown, turning after 10 min.
- Flatten potato nuggets with back of spoon. Top with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS.
- Serve with WHEAT THINS for dipping.
