Ingredients
- 1 container (8 oz.) hummus
- ¼ cup chopped mixed red and yellow cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp. hot chili oil
- 1 small pickling cucumber, sliced
- TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Crackers
Preparation
- Spread hummus onto bottom of shallow dish.
- Top with layers of all remaining ingredients except oil, sliced cucumbers and crackers; drizzle with oil.
- Serve with sliced cucumbers and crackers.
