  • 1 container (8 oz.) hummus
  • ¼ cup chopped mixed red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp. hot chili oil
  • 1 small pickling cucumber, sliced
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Crackers
  • Spread hummus onto bottom of shallow dish.
  • Top with layers of all remaining ingredients except oil, sliced cucumbers and crackers; drizzle with oil.
  • Serve with sliced cucumbers and crackers.
