Layered Guacamole Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups guacamole
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped red onions
  • 1-1/2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeño peppers
  • 1 lime wedge
  •  TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Parmesan Garlic Crackers

Instructions

  • Spoon  guacamole into serving bowl.
  • Top  with next 3 ingredients.
  • Squeeze  lime wedge over dip.
  • Serve  with Thin Crisps.

VariationSubstitute your favorite chopped fresh vegetables for the tomatoes, onions and/or peppers.

For a Milder DipSeed the jalapeño pepper before chopping it and adding it to the dip. Or, substitute chopped green bell peppers for the jalapeño peppers.
