
Kielbasa & Slaw Baseballs
These fun appetizers are perfect for a party - mustard decorates the kielbasa slices to look like baseballs over these hearty bites topping RITZ Crackers.

Ingredients
- ½ lb. kielbasa
- ½ cup coleslaw
- 25 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation
- Cook kielbasa in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through and evenly browned, turning occasionally. Transfer to cutting board; cut into 25 slices.
- Spoon coleslaw onto crackers; top with kielbasa.
- Spoon mustard into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to pipe mustard into lines on kielbasa slices to resemble baseballs as shown in photo.
