
Italian-Style Red Pepper Dip
Jarred roasted red peppers make this dip a cinch to prepare. Just blend in a blender with sour cream, fat free cream cheese, garlic and herbs.

Ingredients
- 1 container (8 oz.) fat-free sour cream
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves
- ½ tsp. dried oregano leaves

Preparation
- Place all ingredients except crackers in blender or food processor; blend until peppers are finely chopped and mixture is well blended. Spoon into serving bowl; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
- Serve as a dip with the crackers.
