Jarred roasted red peppers make this dip a cinch to prepare. Just blend in a blender with sour cream, fat free cream cheese, garlic and herbs.

Italian-Style Red Pepper Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 container  (8 oz.) fat-free sour cream
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  •  WHEAT THINS Reduced Fat Snacks

Instructions

  • Place  all ingredients except crackers in blender or food processor; blend until peppers are finely chopped and mixture is well blended. Spoon into serving bowl; cover.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour or until chilled.
  • Serve  as a dip with the crackers.
