  • 48 RITZ Crackers
  • 6 campari tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 slices
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place 24 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tomatoes, pesto and cheese.
  • Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with remaining crackers to make 24 sandwiches.
