Ingredients
- 48 RITZ Crackers
- 6 campari tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
- ¼ cup basil pesto
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 slices
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place 24 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with tomatoes, pesto and cheese.
- Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Top with remaining crackers to make 24 sandwiches.
