Ingredients
- 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
- ¼ cup spicy black bean hummus
- 6 slices deli Black Forest ham (3 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
- ½ fresh mango, cut into 24 slices
- 3 provolone cheese slices (2-1/4 oz.), each cut into 8 pieces
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Spread crackers with hummus; place in single layer on baking sheet.
- Top with all remaining ingredients except parsley; bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
