Hummus, Ham, Mango & Cheese "Cubano" Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1/4 cup spicy black bean hummus
  • 6 slices deli-style Black Forest ham (3 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/2 fresh mango, cut into 24 slices
  • 3 provolone cheese slices (2-1/4 oz.), each cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Spread  crackers with hummus; place in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Top  with all remaining ingredients except parsley; bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle  with parsley.

SubstituteSubstitute 24 drained bread 'n butter pickle chips for the mango slices.
