Hot Artichoke Dip

ServingsMakes 2 cups dip, or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 7 chips and 1/4 cup vegetables each.
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • RITZ Toasted Chips Original
  • Cut-up fresh vegetables (bell pepper strips and celery sticks)
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients except chips and fresh vegetables until blended.
  • Spoon into shallow casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
  • Serve with chips and vegetable dippers.
