
Hot Artichoke Dip

ServingsMakes 2 cups dip, or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 7 chips and 1/4 cup vegetables each.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- RITZ Toasted Chips Original
- Cut-up fresh vegetables (bell pepper strips and celery sticks)
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients except chips and fresh vegetables until blended.
- Spoon into shallow casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
- Serve with chips and vegetable dippers.
