Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  •  RITZ Toasted Chips Original

Instructions

  • Preheat  oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  • Spoon  into 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake  20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with chips.

Special ExtraFor a festive garnish, sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. each finely chopped green onions and red pepper just before serving.
