Horseradish-Roast Beef Topper

ServingsMakes 10 servings, 3 topped crackers each.
  • 4 slices deli-style roast beef (5 oz.)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 30 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) cheddar cheese with horseradish, cut into 30 thin slices
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut each meat slice into 15 pieces. Cut apple into 30 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with apple pieces, meat and cheese.
  • Bake 3 min. or until cheese starts to melt.
  • Top with onions.

    The meat, cheese and onions can be cut ahead of time. Refrigerate in separate airtight containers up to 12 hours before using as directed.
