
Honey-Sriracha Chicken Bites

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1½ tsp. minced garlic
- 1½ tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- ¾ tsp. grated gingerroot
- 1 lb. chicken tenders, cut into 36 pieces
- 36 RITZ Crackers
- 6 small campari tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- 2 green onions, sliced
Preparation
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Reserve 1 Tbsp. honey mixture for later use.
- Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 min. Stir in remaining honey mixture; cook 3 to 4 min or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
- Top crackers with tomatoes and chicken. Drizzle with reserved honey mixture; sprinkle with onions.

- Make Ahead
The chicken can be cooked in the sauce ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate with reserved honey mixture (in separate containers) up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, microwave chicken on HIGH 30 sec. or just until warmed. Top crackers with tomatoes, chicken and remaining ingredients as directed.
