HONEY MAID Fourth of July Pops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half
  • 2-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles (red, white and blue)

Instructions

  • Place  12 graham squares in single layer on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Top  with scoops of ice cream, adding about 3 Tbsp. ice cream to each graham square. Cover with remaining graham squares to make 12 sandwiches.
  • Insert  1 wooden pop stick into ice cream layer in each sandwich. Drizzle with chocolate; top with sprinkles.
  • Freeze  1 hour or until firm.
