
Holiday White Queso Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb. white American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- ¾ cup fat-free half-and-half
- ½ cup salsa verde
- ⅓ cup pico de gallo
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) mini sweet peppers, halved lengthwise

Preparation
- Cook cheese, half-and-half and salsa verde in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Pour into serving dish; top with pico de gallo.
- Serve with peppers and WHEAT THINS.

This flavorful dip can be prepared ahead of time. Cool dip, then pour into microwaveable bowl; cover with plastic wrap, pressing plastic wrap directly onto surface of dip. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, reheat the uncovered dip in the microwave just until heated through, stirring frequently.
