Holiday NILLA Sugar Cookie Fudge

Celebrate Christmas with this delicious homemade candy that tastes just like you stirred chunks of sugar cookies into creamy white chocolate fudge.

  • 30 NILLA Wafers, divided
  • 2 pkg. (12 oz. each) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ⅓ cup multi-colored sprinkles (blue and white), divided
  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Coarsely chop 6 wafers; reserve for later use. Chop remaining wafers.
  • Microwave chocolate chips and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave an additional 30 to 90 sec. or until chips are completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred, stirring every 30 sec. Add butter; stir until melted. Blend in vanilla.
  • Add chopped wafers and 1/4 cup sprinkles to chocolate mixture; mix well. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Top with reserved chopped wafers and remaining sprinkles; press gently into fudge to secure.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove fudge from pan before cutting to serve.

  • Note
    This festive fudge can be refrigerated up to 5 days before serving. For creamier fudge, let fudge stand at room temperature about 15 min. before serving.
  • Substitute
    Prepare using your favorite color(s) of sprinkles, depending on the occasion. We used blue and white sprinkles in this holiday version, but you could use green, red and white sprinkles or any color(s) you like.
