Ingredients
  • Decorated OREO Cookies, such as snowmen cookies
  • Decorated NILLA Wafers, such as snowflake cookies and coconut-chocolate clusters
  • Decorated CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, such as hot cocoa cookies
  • Decorated HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, such as Santa, chimney, penguin and tree cookies
  • Miniature and regular marshmallows
  • Large candy canes
  • Prepared hot cocoa mix, such as milk chocolate, regular chocolate and dark chocolate
Preparation
  • Place cookies on large board or platter.
  • Add marshmallows and candy canes to platter.
  • Add mugs filled with hot cocoa just before serving. Let everyone choose their favorite flavor of hot cocoa and variety of cookie. Top filled mugs with marshmallows and add candy canes for stirrers, if desired.
  • Cookie and hot cocoa boards can be prepared for any number of servings, depending on the size of the gathering. Use a guideline of 1 (6- to 8-oz.) mug of hot cocoa and 1 serving of cookies per person. The number of cookies will depend on what cookies are served – follow the serving size listed on the recipe, or the package if serving undecorated cookies.
