  • 9 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, each broken into 4 small rectangles
  • 1 Red Delicious apple, cut into 18 slices
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into 18 slices
  • 1 Tbsp. caramel sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sunflower kernels
  • Place graham rectangles in single layer on platter; top with apples.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
