ServingsMakes 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. cheese spread and 5 crackers each.
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped toasted pecans, divided
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • RITZ Crackers
  • Mix cream cheese, Parmesan and 1/4 cup nuts until blended.
  • Shape into 8-inch log.
  • Roll in combined remaining nuts and parsley; press gently into log to secure.
  • Serve with crackers.

  • Variation
    Prepare using Neufchatel cheese and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.
  • How to Toast the Pecans
    Spread nuts into single layer in shallow pan. Bake in 350°F oven 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • How to Wrap for Gift-Giving
    Place cheese log and small knife on decorative platter or cutting board. Wrap with colorful food wrap and ribbons. After serving the cheese log at the holiday party, the hostess will have a lovely gift to remember the occasion by!
