
Herb-and-Nut Cream Cheese Log

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped toasted pecans, divided
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan and 1/4 cup nuts until blended.
- Shape into 8-inch log.
- Roll in combined remaining nuts and parsley; press gently into log to secure.
- Serve with crackers.
