Herb-and-Nut Cream Cheese Log Recipe


  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  •  RITZ Crackers


  • Mix  cream cheese, Parmesan and 1/4 cup nuts.
  • Shape  into 8-inch log. Roll in combined remaining nuts and parsley; press gently into log to secure.
  • Serve  with crackers.
