Heart Beet Dip Recipe


  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cooked red beets, chopped
  • 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, cubed, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
  •  WHEAT THINS Original Snacks


  • Reserve  2 tsp. chopped beets for garnish. Process remaining beets with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS in food processor until smooth.
  • Spoon  beet mixture into serving bowl. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Garnish  with reserved beets. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

Make AheadThis flavorful dip can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving, waiting to add the chopped beet garnish until just before serving.

Where to Find Cooked BeetsLook for packaged cooked red beets in the produce section of your supermarket. If desired, you can instead prepare this recipe using cooked fresh beets. Cook about 3 (2-inch) beets until tender, then cool completely before peeling and chopping to use as directed.

NoteA sweetened reduced balsamic vinegar sauce, balsamic glaze can typically be found along with the bottled sauces or vinegars in your supermarket.
