Ingredients
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Swiss cheese slices (3/4 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
- 2 slices deli-style honey ham (3/4 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
- 1½ tsp. Dijon mustard-mayonnaise blend
- 2 Tbsp. French fried onions
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese. Top 6 crackers with ham, mustard-mayonnaise blend and onions.
- Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Top ham-topped crackers with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down, to make 6 cracker sandwiches.

This is a great use for leftover baked ham. Cut ham into thin slices before cutting into pieces.
