Ingredients
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with habanero peppers, cut into 12 slices
- 6 small fresh pineapple pieces (1 oz.)
- 6 sprigs fresh cilantro
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
- Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Place pineapple and cilantro on 6 topped crackers; cover with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down.
