  • 12 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with habanero peppers, cut into 12 slices
  • 6 small fresh pineapple pieces (1 oz.)
  • 6 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
  • Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Place pineapple and cilantro on 6 topped crackers; cover with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down.
