  • 12 TRISCUIT Garden Herb Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic and herb cheese spread
  • 12 grilled grape tomatoes
  • 12 blanched fresh asparagus spear tips (1 inch), cut lengthwise in half
  • Spread crackers with cheese spread.
  • Top with vegetables.

  • How to Grill the Grape Tomatoes
    Heat grill pan on medium-high heat. Add tomatoes; cook 3 to 5 min. or just until tender and lightly grill-marked, turning occasionally. Or, place tomatoes in shallow pan and bake in 375°F oven 5 to 7 min. or just until tomatoes are tender and lightly browned.
  • How to Blanch the Asparagus
    Add asparagus to saucepan of boiling water; cook 1 min. or just until crisp-tender. Immediately add to bowl of ice water; let stand until cooled. Drain, then pat dry before using as directed.
