Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 TRISCUIT Dill & Olive Oil Crackers
- 2 oz. grilled skinless salmon fillet, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 sprigs fresh dill
Preparation
- Heat oil in small skillet on medium heat.
- Add spinach and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring frequently. Drain well.
- Top crackers with spinach, fish and dill.
