Ingredients
- 2 ears corn on the cob, grilled, cooled
- 1 cup guacamole
- ¼ cup chopped seeded tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red onions
- WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
Preparation
- Cut kernels off corn cobs. Mix with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS until blended.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Serve with WHEAT THINS.
