Ingredients
- 1 small ear corn on the cob, grilled
- 25 RITZ Crackers
- ½ cup refried beans, warmed
- 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced
Preparation
- Cut kernels off corn cob.
- Measure 1/2 cup corn kernels. Refrigerate remaining corn for another use. (See Tip.)
- Top crackers with beans, 1/2 cup corn and peppers.
