Grilled Corn & Refried Bean Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 small ear corn on the cob, grilled
  • 25 RITZ Crackers
  • 1/2 cup refried beans, warmed
  • 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Cut  kernels off corn cob.
  • Measure  1/2 cup corn kernels. Refrigerate remaining corn for another use. (See Tip.)
  • Top  crackers with beans, 1/2 cup corn and peppers.
