Ingredients
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1½ cups grilled fresh cornkernels
- ½ cup chopped seeded tomatoes
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ⅓ cup crumbled cooked bacon
- WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
Preparation
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Serve with WHEAT THINS.

- How to Grill the Corn
Heat greased grill to medium-high heat. Place 3 ears of corn on the cob on grill grate. Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until evenly charred on both sides. Grill additional 3 min. or until corn is tender, turning occasionally. Cool. Place small bowl upside down in large bowl. Stand 1 corn cob on small bowl, then carefully cut kernels off corn ear into large bowl with sharp knife. Repeat with remaining corn cobs. - Variation
Prepare using frozen corn kernels. Cook 1-1/2 cups drained thawed frozen corn kernels in 1 Tbsp. oil in cast-iron skillet on medium heat 6 to 8 min. or until corn is tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool completely before using as directed.
