Ginger Crumb Crust

ServingsMakes 1 (9-inch) crust, about 8 servings.
  • 25 NABISCO Ginger Snaps, finely crushed
  • ¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crushed ginger snaps, butter and sugar. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 8 min. Cool completely.
  • Fill as desired.

  • Make it Easy
    Crust can also be used without baking. Mix all ingredients and press into pie plate as directed. Fill with your favorite chilled or frozen pie filling.
  • How to Crush Cookies
    Place ginger snaps in food processor container; cover. Process until finely crushed.
