Garden Baked Feta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) block feta cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  •  Brown Rice baked with Red Bean TRISCUIT Roasted Red Pepper Crackers

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 400°F.
  • Combine  first 5 ingredients.
  • Place  cheese in shallow baking dish; top with tomato mixture.
  • Bake  20 min.
  • Sprinkle  with parsley. Serve with crackers.
