"French Dip" Bites

ServingsMakes 5 servings, 4 topped crackers each.
  • 20 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into 20 strips
  • 5 oz. white cheddar cheese, cut into 20 slices
  • ¼ cup French fried onions
  • Top each cracker with 1 folded piece of meat and 1 cheese slice. Sprinkle with onions.
  • Place 5 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until heated through.
  • Repeat with remaining topped crackers.

  • Variation
    Prepare using RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers and reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese.
  • Use Your Oven
    Heat oven to 350°F. Top crackers as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake 5 to 8 min. or until cheese begins to melt.

    Drizzle lightly with steak sauce before serving.
