Ingredients
- 20 RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into 20 strips
- 5 oz. white cheddar cheese, cut into 20 slices
- ¼ cup French fried onions
Preparation
- Top each cracker with 1 folded piece of meat and 1 cheese slice. Sprinkle with onions.
- Place 5 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until heated through.
- Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
