Fluffy Cheesecake

This cheesecake is the best dessert recipe when you're looking for a simple idea that everyone will love. Top with your favorite pie filling or fresh berries.

  • 8 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed
  • ½ cup plus 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided
  • ⅓ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1½ cups cherry pie filling
  • Heat oven to 375°F.    
  • Combine graham crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned.  Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with whisk or mixer until blended. Stir in whipped topping.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours.
  • Serve topped with cherry pie filling.

    Prepare using Neufchatel cheese and frozen lite whipped topping.
