ServingsMakes 1-1/4 cups tomato topping, or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. topping and 5 crackers each.
Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped Kalamata olives
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- RITZ Snowflake Crackers
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except crackers.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Spoon onto crackers just before serving.
