Feta "Bruschetta" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  •  RITZ Snowflake Crackers

Instructions

  • Combine  all ingredients except crackers.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour.
  • Spoon  onto crackers just before serving.

SubstituteServe the tomato mixture spooned over regular RITZ Crackers.

Special ExtraGarnish tomato mixture with fresh basil leaves before serving.

SubstitutePrepare using crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese.
