Ingredients
- 1 tub (8 oz.) cream cheese spread
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread onto bottom of shallow 1-1/2-qt. bowl.
- Top with layers of all remaining ingredients except crackers.
- Serve with crackers.
