Festive Favorite Layered Dip

Need a dip for a crowd, stat? We’ve got you covered. Six layers of scrumptiousness - from the creamy base to the fresh-veggie topper - in just 15 minutes.

ServingsMakes 6 cups dip or 48 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 5 crackers each.
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) cream cheese spread
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • RITZ Crackers
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread onto bottom of shallow 1-1/2-qt. bowl.
  • Top with layers of all remaining ingredients except crackers.
  • Serve with crackers.
Recipe Tips
  • Variation
    Prepare recipe as directed, substituting pesto for the salsa. Top with 1/4 cup each chopped black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and red onions instead of the green peppers, tomatoes and green onions.
