Ingredients
- 1 ear corn on the cob, husks and silk removed, grilled
- 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1 large fresh peach, chopped
- ½ cup chopped red peppers
- ½ cup chopped red onions
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Vidalia onion dressing
- 4 tsp. fresh lime juice
- WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
Preparation
- Cut kernels off the corn cob; place in medium bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Serve with the WHEAT THINS.
