Ingredients
- 10 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups crumbs)
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 apple, peeled, sliced
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended; pour into crust. Top with apples and nuts.
- Mix cinnamon and 3 Tbsp. sugar until blended; sprinkle over cheesecake batter.
- Bake 40 min. or until center of cheesecake is almost set. Cool completely.
- Refrigerate cheesecake 3 hours.
