Fall Apple Bavarian Cheesecake

  • 10 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups crumbs)
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple, peeled, sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended; pour into crust. Top with apples and nuts.
  • Mix cinnamon and 3 Tbsp. sugar until blended; sprinkle over cheesecake batter.
  • Bake 40 min. or until center of cheesecake is almost set. Cool completely.
  • Refrigerate cheesecake 3 hours.
