Enjoy an appetizer that can also help you eat right with this yummy TRISCUIT Cracker topping of hummus, egg and avocado.

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • ¼ avocado, cut into 24 slices
  • 1 tsp. salt-free everything seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • Cut each egg into 6 slices, then cut each egg slice in half.
  • Spread crackers with hummus.
  • Top with avocados, eggs and seasoning; drizzle with hot sauce.
