Everything Egg, Avocado and Hummus Toppers
Enjoy an appetizer that can also help you eat right with this yummy TRISCUIT Cracker topping of hummus, egg and avocado.
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
- ¼ cup hummus
- ¼ avocado, cut into 24 slices
- 1 tsp. salt-free everything seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- Cut each egg into 6 slices, then cut each egg slice in half.
- Spread crackers with hummus.
- Top with avocados, eggs and seasoning; drizzle with hot sauce.
