
Easy RITZ Hot Wings

Ingredients
- ½ cup hot pepper sauce
- 38 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ⅛ tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 8 chicken wings(2 lb.), separated at joints, tips discarded
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Pour hot pepper sauce into small bowl. Combine cracker crumbs and dry seasonings in shallow dish.
- Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, into hot pepper sauce, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chicken piece with each ingredient. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is golden brown and done, turning after 20 min.
