
Easy Patriotic Pie

Ingredients
- 8 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1½ cups boiling water, divided
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) berry-blue gelatin
- 1 cup ice cubes, divided
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin, or any red flavor
- 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Combine graham crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely
- Add 3/4 cup boiling water to blue gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup ice cubes; stir until melted. Pour into crust. Refrigerate 5 to 10 min. or until gelatin layer is set but not firm.
- Meanwhile, repeat to dissolve red gelatin mix in separate bowl; stir in remaining ice cubes. Cool 5 min. or until slightly thickened.
- Spread whipped topping over blue gelatin layer; cover with red gelatin. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.

Garnish with fresh seasonal berries just before serving. Or, arrange 1/2 cup berries on bottom of crust before covering with the blue gelatin. - Substitute
Prepare using your favorite 2 flavors of gelatin. - For a No-Bake Pie
Prepare crust as directed but do not bake. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
