
Easy OREO Pecan Pie
Elevate your holiday pecan pie by adding a chocolate cookie crust. Traditional pecan pie is yummy, but it is the added chocolate crust that everyone will remember!

Ingredients
- 26 OREO Cookies, divided
- ½ cup butter, melted, divided
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1¼ cups chopped pecans
Preparation
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Crush 12 cookies finely; mix with 1 Tbsp. butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate; stand remaining cookies around edge.
- Whisk eggs, milk and remaining butter in medium bowl until blended. Add sugars and flour; mix well. Stir in nuts; pour into prepared pie plate. Cover cookies around edge of pie with strips of foil to prevent them from overbrowning.
- Bake 40 min. or until center of pie is set, reducing oven temperature to 350°F after 15 min. Cool completely.
