
Easy Fruit Crisp
Prepare this dessert in minutes by sprinkling canned fruit with a crumbly graham cracker, cinnamon and sugar topping. Bake and serve warm with yogurt.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15.25 oz. each) peaches in juice, drained
- 5 whole NABISCO Grahams, coarsely crushed (about 1 cup)
- ⅓ cup flour
- 3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup (1/2 stick) cold margarine or butter, cut up
- 2 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread peaches evenly onto bottom of 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
- Mix graham crumbs, flour, sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl; cut in margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over peaches.
- Bake 25 min. or until browned. Cool slightly. Serve warm or cold topped with the yogurt.
