
Easy Chocolate Eclair Squares
Super easy. Layers of vanilla pudding and whipped topping along with sweet graham crackers stack up to the most popular dish at the potluck. Sorry, other squares.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1½ cups cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 22½ HONEY MAID Honey Grahams
- ¾ cup ready-to-spread chocolate frosting
Preparation
- Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in whipped topping.
- Layer about 1/3 of the grahams and half the pudding mixture in 13x9-inch pan, breaking grahams as necessary to fit; repeat layers. Top with remaining grahams.
- Microwave frosting in small microwaveable bowl on 20 to 30 sec. or just until softened but not melted. (Do not overheat). Spread over grahams.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.

Prepare as directed, substituting 3/4 cup chilled brewed strong coffee for 3/4 cup of the milk used to prepare the pudding. - How to Thaw Frozen Whipped Topping
Place unopened tub in refrigerator. An 8-oz. tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave. - Variation
Prepare as directed, using vanilla fat-free sugar-free instant pudding mix, fat-free milk and reduced-fat frozen whipped topping.
