Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers

Instructions

  • Combine  all ingredients except crackers.
  • Spoon  onto crackers.

VariationPrepare using regular TRISCUIT Crackers. Sprinkle evenly with 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper.
