Deli TRISCUIT Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 TRISCUIT Rye with Caraway Seeds Crackers, divided
  • 3 slices deli-style smoked ham, quartered
  • 3 oz. reduced-fat cheddar cheese, cut into 12 slices
  • 1/4 cup deli coleslaw
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350ºF.
  • Place  12 crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with ham and cheese.
  • Bake  4 to 5 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
  • Top  with coleslaw, mustard and remaining crackers. Serve warm.
