Curried Chicken Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 28 RED OVAL FARMS STONED WHEAT THINS Wheat Crackers

Instructions

  • Beat  cream cheese, orange juice, mayo and curry powder in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in chicken and celery; cover.
  • Refrigerate  at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Garnish  as desired. Serve as a spread with the crackers.
