  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (4 oz.), cooked, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dried apricots
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • ½ tsp. curry powder

  • Combine all ingredients except crackers.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Spoon onto crackers just before serving.
