
Crusted Chicken in Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- 30 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1¼ cups green salsa
- 10 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2-1/2 lb.)
- ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Mix cracker crumbs and mayonnaise.
- Spread salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with chicken; spread with crumb mixture.
- Bake 20 min. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
